Shipping

In-stock orders placed before 12 noon (Pacific Standard Time) typically ship within the same business day. In-stock orders placed after 12 noon (PST) will ship by the following business day.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees including non-delivery return fees and returns. For international shipping, customers are responsible for taxes and duties.

Our default shipping method is UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. We can also ship by DHL, FedEx, or local delivery companies such as UCL.

Ordering

All customers must have a seller’s permit to open an account.

All customers must provide a working phone number and up-to-date billing information.

Orders are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Please note there may be slight color variances per production batches.
